It’s a new year, new opportunities, a new phase of your life. Do you continue on the same path or do you do something different? Last year may not have been what you expected, bumps and bruises, heart ache and pain.
Remember there is a Potter that is molding us into a wonderful image. It may have not felt good but rest assured that the end result will be more marvelous than you could ever imagine.
Trust in the Potter, relax knowing he doesn’t make any mistakes.

I have been cleaning out my house, the one where I grew up and now live. Finally I am making some major progress. I seem to be the keeper of all Family History, belongings, etc. I admit I have procrastinated. I just didn’t want to be reminded that all of my immediate family members had passed on. (Mother, Father and brothers)
I know now that I have to clean out and make room for all of the new things that life has in store. The Blessings that God has planned. I’m making room and getting ready.
While going through many, many books ( you can not imagine, not quite as bad as a library) a piece of paper fell out and thought I would share. I hope this brings you joy to know just how much God loves you.
If God had a refrigerator,
your picture would be on it.
If God had a wallet,
your photo would be in it.
He sends you flowers
every spring
And a sunrise every morning,
When you want to talk,
He’ll listen.

And what about that Christmas

How many times have you thought that you wanted God to use you? You say that and then think,what am I getting myself into. Can I really do what he put before me? Am I qualified? Do I have what it takes?
The answer is YES!!! God has made us promises, 3 in particular.
1. God promises strength –“No one will be able to stand against you.” (Joshua 1:5) In other words, what God asks you to so, he’ll give you the power to do.
2. God promises success — “You will be successful.” (Joshua 1:6) God wants you to succeed in serving him. He doesn’t want you to be a failure.
3. God promises support — “I will be with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9) God’s word, done God’s way will not lack God’s support.
God has made many promises to us. In order to stay encouraged we need to read his word and remember his word.
Has God been nudging you to do something that is bigger than YOU? You can’t imagine how you are going to get it done. The time, money, connections seem insurmountable. Don’t be discouraged, you have a Second Chance and he will be with you every step of the way.

The definition of a Dream:
Have you ever dreamed? Come on be honest. we all have dreamed at some point in our lives. We may or may not remember all of our dreams. Is there something that keeps coming back to your memory. Do you get excited about those ideas/thoughts? What is the vision?
The next time you dream, the next time you have a vision write it down. In fact you may want to get a journal and keep track. Many times they can be clues to your future. You can consider them pieces of a puzzle and your task is to put it all together on this journey called life.
Sometimes I have been asleep, a deep sleep and when I woke up felt that I was right there in the “dream”. It was so real, I really thought it was actually happening. The little clip that is remembered may not mean much but perhaps putting all the clips together will create a bigger picture.
Don’t be afraid of writing down whatever you can remember.

Get rid of them! Kick your fears, excuses and reasons for procrastinating to the curb. It’s time to at boldly on your own behalf! Decide to live a larger life! Refuse to play it small or safe.This is not a game. It’s your life. Stop trying to please everybody else and make their life better. You can serve others best when you are centered and live a happy life!
Create a bucket list of things that you have always wanted to do and then… get them out of the bucket! Visualize the places and create the experiences and memories that you want to have in life. Next…work the list!!! Figure out how to make them a reality!!! Realize that there is no safe position in life. You cannot get out of life alive, so LIVE in the present NOW!!! You have GREATNESS within you!!! – Les Brown

What an awesome weekend!!!!!
I attended a Women’s Conference Titled “I Am Woman”
How would you fill in the blank I AM_____________.
How do you describe yourself?
I am a Mother.
I am Confident.
I am Beautiful.
I am not enough.
I don’t fit.
I am not talented.
I am too sensitive.
I am tall.
I am educated.
These are just a few of those things I have told myself over the years. At the conference we had the opportunity to write a few down and attach to a balloon and then release it into the heavens. What an experience!!!!!!!
Get rid of those negative thoughts. God created you and he doesn’t make a mistake. When you think of being a woman, its actually not the easiest role in the world. There are so many things that pull at us. We are challenged with keeping families together, working, cooking and the list goes on. So how much are we suppose to endure? God has given us a tremendous capacity with his help. The one thing that I learned was that there are some things that we don’t have to tolerate especially abuse. He loves us. We need to love ourselves more and expect love and respect from others. Be kind to yourself. Don’t worry if you haven’t completed your To Do List. It just may not be the right time for some things. Take some of the pressure away.
So what messages do you tell yourself? Remember there is power in the words we choose whether positive or negative.
Make your list to complete your I Am Statement. Pray and ask God to help you change those negative thoughts and talk. Allow him to speak into your life by reading his word. Renew your mind.

Tomorrow is a new day. It will not be like yesterday. We all have an opportunity to make a change. We get to start all over again and put our past behind us.
God can make a change in all of us. The change comes from the inside to the outside.
We are like the caterpillar we grow and change into a beautiful creature. The person that God intends for us to be. We have all that we need. It just needs to be nurtured.
Just let him work on you. Know that you are an awesome individual and you have more to offer the world.

Hi All,
I’ve been out of the game for a while. I needed to disconnect from Social Media. Sometimes there is just too much information, too much on my plate.
I decided I had to rejuvenate, get focused and get ready for all that is ahead.
I’m excited about the possibilities beyond my imagination. God has a plan and I have surrendered to his will. You know that’s a little scary because I had to admit I like being in control. (OK I said it) I always said that my Mother was controlling. I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Turning your cares over to God is so freeing. I feel much lighter, there is a little pep in my step, I feel better, more excited. Now it doesn’t mean everything is perfect. Life is not perfect, I have to really appreciate the challenges have made me the person that I am. Much stronger and wiser and understanding that I have a purpose to help encourage others to face those challenges,that show up, unexpected, over the top and just down right overwhelming.
We all need a little help and support along our journey.
